| Arnborg Winter F3J 2005 - Bulletin 2 | |
Until now, we have recieved 31 entries and it's still possible to enter the event until February 16th. We are hoping many more rc-soaring-pilots will attend - experienced as well as unexperienced. It's not necessary to be a hard-core F3J-pilot to participate in this event. Everyone is welcome!

Entry fee:
2 seperate contests will be held - one on saturday and one on sunday.
The entry fee is 125 Dkr (~17 €) for both days.
Accomodation:
bring your own camper (or tent!)
Setting up your own camper costs 65 Dkr (~9 €) per night per camper/tent. Electricity is included, but it might not be possible to connect water.
sleep in the main building
There are 3 rather large rooms in the main bulding. It's possible to sleep in here - on the floor or on one of the sofas. It won't cost anything to stay in the building.
rent a cottage
5 cottages are available for rent - 3 small and 2 large. The small ones cost 225 Dkr (~30 €) and the large ones cost 275 Dkr (~37 €) per night (the price is NOT per person, but per cottage). The small cottages will fit 3 people and the large ones have room for 4 people. Remember to bring your own bed linnen.

Facilities to bath are available at the center.
Food:
The Soaringcenter's cafeteria will serve us food for a total price of 225 Dkr (~30 €) per person for the whole weekend. This includes breakfast saturday and sunday, lunch saturday and sunday, and dinner saturday evening.
Please note that soda, beer and wine isn't included in the price, but will be available during the entire weekend at very reasonable prices.
For those who only intent to stay one day: contact the organizers for a quote on a reduced entry fee.
Please note: We havn't arranged any dinner on friday evening, because it's unsure how many people will be there so soon. Let's see how many we are on friday and maybe order food from e.g. a pizzaria...
Payment:
Entry fee and food must be paid for in Danish Kroner or Euro on saturday morning, prior to the start of the competition (unless other arrangements have been made with the organizers).
Vote: (only relevant for the danish pilots)
Erik Dahl Christensen and Peter Mikkelsen are proposing a change to the danish rules concering qualification for the European- and World Championships. A vote will be held during the weekend. Mere info about this in bulletin 3!

The next bulletin (no 3) will be posted on February 12.th 2005 February 18.th 2005, and will include traveling directions to Arnborg and details about the flight-slots.
